DetailsUsing Cairo 1.10.0-1 from [Testing] causes Xorg to crash and prevents it from loading with the following error:
awesome: symbol lookup error: undefined symbol: cairo_xlib_surface_create I'm using Awesome3 ver. 3.4-142-g2870289, Xorg-server 1.9.0, and xf86-video-ati-git (changing video drivers did not fix this error). Reverting back to Cairo 1.8.10-1 solves the issue. |

Additional comments about closing: This is not an X crash, but the fact that cairo 1.10 no longer includes the experimental XCB surface backend.
