Description:
We need libgsm (available in the AUR) compiled with gstreamer0.10-bad-plugins in order to play certain WAV files. The package is AKA "MS GSM decoder".

Thanks!

Additional info:
* package version(s) --> gstreamer0.10-bad-plugins 0.10.19-1

Steps to reproduce:
Instal all gstreamer media codecs. Then try to play WAV files encoded with a codec designed for Voice recordings as used by Magick Jack for voicemails. You won't be able to hear your voicemails if you use magick jack or WAV files from other apps that use this format!
