The WeeChat Ruby plugin fails due to a function that was removed in Ruby 1.9.2. I'd recommend bumping the pkgrel and applying the patch here: https://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/?7316

It was applied on WeeChat git HEAD and it is confirmed by 3 users (plus myself) that it fixes the problem.
