Description:
Xindy, as shipped with texlive-bin, requires clisp to execute.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install texlive-bin
2. Use `xindy` on a regular . It ends up with:
xindy: Could not execute xindy kernel: No such file or directory

This is a known issue which has been fixed in svn. New package should be released in a few days.
