DetailsDescription:Instead Sync to Vblank is already checked and in the game verticalsync is checked too, but with each new login, I have to uncheck and re-check "Sync to VBlank" in Nvidia-Settings or in the game it is not vertical synced!
I tried as root and normal user, I deleted the .nvidia-settings-rc and reconfigured but after logout/login vertical sync seems not to work in the game while still Sync to VBlack is checked. Additional info: All packages are from only stable repos. And I have this problem the last two nvidia drivers. Steps to reproduce: |

Are you sure that you start X via startx command? I guess no because your .xinitrc will not work.
EDIT: this is more a suppor request rather a bug report, please use forums for that purpose. And if this is a bug, please report in nvidia forums, we can do nothing with closed source drivers and userspace.
