Description: Running kdiff3 gives the error:

kdiff3(14456) KXMLGUIClient::setXMLFile: cannot find .rc file "kdiff3_part.rc" for component "kdiff3part"

This file is located in:

/usr/share/apps/kdiff3/kdiff3_part.rc

However, an strace of kdiff3 reveals:

stat("/home/tpavlic/.kde4/share/apps/kdiff3_part.rc", 0x7fff1f8059a0) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
stat("/usr/share/apps/kdiff3_part.rc", 0x7fff1f8059a0) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
stat("/home/tpavlic/.kde4/share/apps/kdiff3part/kdiff3_part.rc", 0x7fff1f805630) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
stat("/usr/share/apps/kdiff3part/kdiff3_part.rc", 0x7fff1f805630) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)

That is, it is looking for it in

~/.kde4/share/apps/
/usr/share/apps/
~/.kde4/share/apps/kdiff3part/
/usr/share/apps/kdiff3part/

So the kdiff3_part.rc file is in the wrong location and/or kdiff3 needs to be built so that it looks in the right location.
