Description:
I plug in my webcam into my pc it is the Microdia PC Camera (SN9C120) and when i try to use the gstreamer-properties to view the cam i get nothing. I check the lsusb and it is detected as:

Bus 002 Device 004: ID 0c45:6130 Microdia PC Camera (SN9C120)

so when i check the dmesg i see the following error

usb 2-1: usb_submit_urb() failed, error -28

in previous kernels like the 2.6.34 it was working fine there seems to be a regression with this certain cam. i tested another webcam i have and everything is ok. the camera is not connected to usb hub its directly plugged in to the pc.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
kernel26 - 2.6.35.4-1
* config and/or log files etc.
lsusb
dmesg

Steps to reproduce:

using the above camera with the 2.6.35.4-1 kernel and plug in the web cam is non functional. using gstreamer-properties program.
