Description:
minted.sty package provided is outdated. The version included in texlive-latexextra does not work when using some advanced options. For instance :
\begin{minted}[bgcolor=adefinedcolor] does not work, it fails with an undefined keyval error.

Workaround :
Download minted from http://code.google.com/p/minted/, extract the archives somewhere and make. Then copy the compiled minted.sty to /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/minted/ directory

Version 1.6 has been in texlive-latexextra in testing for a while. It will be moved to extra as soon as the last little glitches with texlive-bin have been resolved.
