Description:
Installing the Pound package does not create the configuration file, or even the directory, even though the rc.d script specifies the location "/etc/pound/pound.cfg" as being the location of the configuration file.

I've attached a sample config file that defines all the global options as commented default values, and basic listeners for HTTP and HTTPS.

Additional info:
* Using Pound 2.5-1 from `pacman -S pound`
* Running Pound as a daemon
