Installing the Pound package does not create the configuration file, or even the directory, even though the rc.d script specifies the location "/etc/pound/pound.cfg" as being the location of the configuration file. I've attached a sample config file that defines all the global options as commented default values, and basic listeners for HTTP and HTTPS.
