Details

Description:

The Monit startup script seems to do two things wrong.
1. It registers the daemon with the wrong name, prompting an error on shutdown
2. If restarting, it doesn't pause between stop and start, which led to a race condition when I was monitoring a lot of processes

Patch attached.
