after updating the system, gnome clock applet now fails to load.
Even logging off and in again, trying to add the applet again to the panel fails with the same error.

error message (one part in english and one in german):

** (gnome-panel:2320): WARNING **: panel-applet-frame.c:1273: failed to load applet OAFIID:GNOME_ClockApplet:
System exception: IDL:Bonobo/GeneralError:1.0 : Kindprozess gab keine Fehlermeldung aus. Ein unbekannter Störfall trat auf

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  clock applet breaks when uninstalling evolution-data-server. That package is in gnome-panel dependency list, so you broke it yourself.

works for me

may be it was a missing dependency check... I uninstalled evolution-data-server yesterday. now it's reinstalled and clockapplet works again. but there was no hint (well, for me ;-)) that it was caused by this.

sorry.
