Description:
OOPS! A big, bad bug.

Steps to reproduce:
Install espeak. Look at the permissions of files in /usr/share/espeak-data
using ls.

I'd just update this package and fix the bug, but a new upstream release
is now available. I don't feel comfortable updating someone else's package
with a new upstream version.
In any case, here is a new PKGBUILD.
References to $startdir have also been replaced.
