DetailsDescription:
With xf86-input-evdev in version 2.4.0-1, there is a bug with A4Tech mouses which casues mouse button click to send three xevents for each click: buttonpress motionnotify buttonrelease. This causes problems in e.g. KDE list sorting and random drag&drop triggering. This issue is now fixed with the following patch: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=37773 and here is link to bugreport on freedesktop: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24737 It would be nice if this patch could be applied to Arch's evdev package before it gets applied by upstream. Additional info: * package version(s): 2.4.0-1 |

Seems to be related to motionnotify event.
pointer still jumps to bottom-right corner on any click in SDL game
can't even workaround with SDL_MOUSE_RELATIVE=0
mouse does not jump, but is getting boxed inside invisible boundaries.
I've added this to my tweaks file in xorg.conf.d:
Section "Module"
SubSection "extmod"
Option "omit xfree86-dga"
EndSubSection
EndSection
But everything was fine without it before evdev 2.4.0-2
