Detailsftp.linux.org.tr mirror in Turkey supports the HTTP protocol. It may be useful for people who cannot connect to ftp because of firewall restrictions.

However the mirror is listed as untiered in our db.
Are you the admin?
Please make sure you use the following rsync options -rtlvH --delete-after --delay-updates --safe-links --max-delete=1000
and join arch-mirrors mailing list.
Should I use the same email address as in your bugtracker profile to contact you about mirror issues?
I subscribed this to arch-mirrors list.
BTW, can you make http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DeveloperWiki:NewMirrors page more accessible ? I barely was able to find it even though I visited the site a few days ago.
I don't have any other ideas, but if you do - please open a separate feature request about that.
