DetailsThe package does not contains cism216.fw, althougt it is listed in the sources. The reason is that the pkgbuild install *.usb, which does not match cism216.fw. Moreover, the current source for cism216.fw is a dead link ; I attached the file (same md5sum)

If you really wish, I can extract it from the Windows driver, but I first has to find the CD-ROM in my mess…
