Until recently, I've been using this mirror. It is currently included in pacman's mirrorlist right now.

It contain the archlinux mirror directory, but it is empty [till the moment I was creating this bug report]

Is it a sync issue ?

This mirror used to sync from rsync.archlinux.org, but access for non-tier1 mirrors was disabled recently.
We do not have any contact email address of an admin for that mirror, and nobody contacted us too.
If you know how to contact them - please point them to http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DeveloperWiki:NewMirrors
Until they get in contact with us - the mirror is marked as inactive in our database, and thus will be removed from the next pacman-mirrorlist.
You can always generate a fresh mirrorlist at http://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist
