DetailsDescription:
MRTG does not work the current version of Perl. MRTG needs to be updated to 2.16.4 to resolve issue. Additional info: Perl 5.2.1_2 MRTG 2.16.3 Steps to reproduce: Attempts to gather traffic info result in Compilation failed in require at /usr/bin/mrtg line 89. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/mrtg line 89. Bareword "P_DETACH" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at /usr/bin/../lib/mrtg2/MRTG_lib.pm line 1181. This is resovled by updating MRTG to 2.16.4. Issue seen on other distros as well, resolved by updating MRTG version. see http://forum.nginx.org/read.php?23,115591,115777 for similar issue and fix. |
