Description:
I bought a new sata dvdwr (samsung sh-s223c) and when I plug the device, boot freezes because of kernel panic. My system is on ICH8R fakeraid0 and I plug the devive from this intel chipset controller. There is no problem if I plug device from Jmicron controller or Siliconimage controller. Btw there is no problem with my Ubuntu installation. Additional info: * package version(s)= All system is update without any unoffical repository. * config and/or log files etc = well I dont know which logs are required. Please tell me which 1s are needed. |
