Using plain Openbox, EasyTAG looks decorated and has borders. Make sure you haven't set applications to open undecorated in your rc.xml.

I use the Openbox. I tried EasyTAG, I see no problem here

I ve totally forgot this problem, I dont know how it be solved but in last days with arch there was no problem.
