Description:

While using writer after some time (it is an undefined period of time) the program window seems to hang (e.g: it fails to redraw itself) and after killing it (ctrl+alt+esc on kde4 + clicking the window) the soffice.bin process begins to take all the CPU.

I am attaching the complete log, but the at the beginning one can fine the following:

# SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0xb2fb0276, pid=3753, tid=2518412144
#
# JRE version: 6.0_20-b02
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (16.3-b01 mixed mode linux-x86 )
# Problematic frame:
# C [libQtDBus.so.4+0x40276]
#

At first, it looks like a Java problem, but taking into consideration this other bug https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=588957 which looks similar but applies to libstdc++ instead of libQtDbus, it is most probably that Java is reporting the bug and providing the log (e.g.: it is a native frame that is segfaulting).

Additional info:
* package version(s) go-openoffice 3.2.1.3-1
* config and/or log files etc. crash log attached

Steps to reproduce:

I am sorry I don't have the exact steps to reproduce it. It just happens every time I try to use Writer, only that it seems to be crashing randomly after some undefined period of time.

Reason for closing:  Won't fix
Additional comments about closing:  package removed from our repos. use libreoffice or openoffice-base. open a new issue if it fails there too.

Is this solved now. You seem to use the closed sources Oracle JRE, try also recent OpenJDK.

Please check also state in Libreoffice from official repos that is based on go-oo and is going to replace go-oo when it becomes final.
