Description: If a host directory has been mounted at boot
via fstab (as is suggested when the package is installed),
vmhgfs will have been auto-loaded, causing the
'open-vm-tools' init script to fail when trying to load the
module itself.
Additional info: * package version: 2010.06.16-2 Steps to reproduce: - Add a line similar to below to fstab: .host:/ /mnt/hgfs vmhgfs defaults 0 0 - Reboot with open-vm-tools included in DAEMONS in /etc/rc.conf Patch is attached. |
