I just upgraded my 2.2.2 Abiword to 2.2.3-2 this morning, and it now does not load at all:

In the meantime you can fix this by deleting your imagemagick plugin:
rm /usr/lib/AbiWord-2.2/plugins/libAbiMagick.so
