DetailsDescription: I don't think that the kernel26-2.6.34.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz package actually provides 2.6.34.1 - I think it's providing kernel26-2.6.34 with the .1 arch patch. Have a look at the sources array in the PKGBUILD.
source=(ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/linux-$_basekernel.tar.bz2 I don't see the source pointing to the mainline .1 patch so shouldn't that point to ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/linux-$pkgver.tar.bz2 instead or am I totally missing something? This would have implications for the headers, manpages, and docs packages too. Apologies in advance if this is an erroneous bug report. Additional info: * kernel26-2.6.34.1-1 * kernel26-headers-2.6.34.1-1 * kernel26-docs-2.6.34.1-1 * kernel26-manpages-2.6.34.1-1 |
