Prelink might be helpful when building WINE. It's used in an attempt
to fix the load address of a few builtin dlls (ntdll, kernel32, user)
so that Windows programs that rely on the address being the same
across different programs work correctly.

I've already suffered from the fact that kernel32 may have different
base addresses for different processes in our wine package. So I asked
a question in wine-devel and they advised to install prelink and
rebuild wine, which actually helped.

Is there any reason to not having prelink as makedepends? If not
please add it.
