When I try to install Quassel, the postinstall script triggers an error :

useradd: Can't get unique system UID (no more available UIDs)
useradd: can't create user

After looking inside the PKGBUILD, I see that useradd is called with "-K SYS_UID_MAX=499 -K SYS_GID_MAX=499", but /etc/login.defs defines SYS_UID_MIN=499 and SYS_GID_MIN=499. useradd tries to find an uid/gid with 500 =< x =< 499, which triggers the error.

I've added a very simple patch which fixes this bug.
