I removed my Eclipse's workspace but nothing changed.

I don't have plugin.xml files in workspace folders, but in .eclipse. You could try to start eclipse with a new config folder.

I removed the .eclipse directory in my home directory too, and nothing changed.

I think it's because my /home and /tmp mounted with noexec

Maxwell-- do you have your /home and /tmp mounted noexec? I wonder if this is the same issue Alexander was having?
