DetailsHaving trouble with my custom launchers not displaying on the "Applications" menu, but they are present when viewed from applications:///
I don't remember which packages caused this because I updated multiple times before I had a chance to reboot. My custom launchers disappeared from the "Applications" menu the last time I logged in. I've reverted to default menu (rm -R ~/.gnome2/vfolders), and tried adding new launchers, still no go. Recent packages updated: gnome-common (2.8.0-4 -> 2.8.0-5) cups (1.1.22-1 -> 1.1.23-1) libgsf (1.11.1-1 -> 1.11.1-2) librsvg (2.8.1-2 -> 2.8.1-3) mplayer (1.0pre6-1 -> 1.0pre6a-1) scrollkeeper (0.3.14-1 -> 0.3.14-2) gst-plugins (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-cdparanoia (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-faad (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-flac (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-gconf (0.8.6-1 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-gnomevfs (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-lame (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-mad (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-ogg (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) gst-plugins-vorbis (0.8.6-3 -> 0.8.7-1) upgraded openldap (2.2.17-1 -> 2.2.20-1) upgraded gail (1.8.1-1 -> 1.8.2-1) upgraded glib2 (2.6.0-1 -> 2.6.1-1) upgraded glibc (2.3.4-1 -> 2.3.4-2) gnome-system-monitor (2.8.0-1 -> 2.8.1-1) rhythmbox (0.8.8-3 -> 0.8.8-4) control-center (2.8.1-1 -> 2.8.1-2) gpdf (2.8.1-1 -> 2.8.2-1) gnome-system-monitor (2.8.1-1 -> 2.8.0-1) ->trouble with this package as well (reported), hence the downgrade. |
