RPATH should be removed or just point to /usr/lib

On xfconf-4.6.2-1:

FILE /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/auto/Xfce4/Xfconf/Xfconf.so

Most easy way to fix this is using adding chrpath to makedepends, then using it (-d) at packaging.
