Description:
namcap's pacman interface /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/pacman.py contains a hard-coded
path to pacman's DB which can be changed by user in /etc/pacman.conf : DBPath .
The pacman.py should parse /etc/pacman.conf and if this value is uncommented/changed by user apply this value instead of default and just append the 'local' subfolder to the string.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
2.6-1
* config and/or log files etc.
/etc/pacman.conf
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/pacman.py
