current netkit-ftp package fails with readline version 4.3-4

It is looking for libreadline.so.5 which doesnt exist in that version.

Upgrading to current version of readline fixes the problem, but a proper version dependancy would be nice.

Many packages in archlinux do not work with older-than-current packages. If I forced the dep for this package to current, logically I should do it for all other packages and there are scanarios where this ties up pkgs and even breaks things. For now I'll leave it as it is, maybe in the future we will confront this issue more seriously.
