Although this patch has been submitted to stable, it is not listed in the stable queue yet (http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=tree;f=queue-2.6.34/queue-2.6.34;h=70fba3ec66b8d1769d7d9860bbc231dec4dcc3f5;hb=HEAD). Until it's applied there, I won't add it to our kernel.
