DetailsDescription:
gtk, gstreamer, pythin, xine-lib, jasper, and libdc1394 should be an optdepend and I don't think libv41 is a dependancy at all for open-cv. I understand we compile with xine (which is optional upstream, but we could require it) but the others are all actually optdepends. http://opencv.willowgarage.com/wiki/InstallGuide lists what the only real dependencies are and what these other libraries provide. These dependencies link directly to the opencv libraries, so there's no way to turn them into optdepends.
