Description:
m4 won't compile with new glibc. It'll throw this error :
path.o: In function `m4_fopen':
path.c:(.text+0x40): undefined reference to `S_ISDIR'

Adding an explicit include to sys/stat.h into m4.h resolve the issue

I join the patch and the new PKGBUILD for this to work correctly
