Description:

The package extra/ghc does not install the GHC User's Guide, although it installs a documentation page that links to the non-existent User's Guide.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install extra/ghc
2. In a browser, go to file:///usr/share/doc/ghc/html/index.html
3. Click the first link ("The User's Guide")
4. File not found error
