DetailsDescription: dhcpcd package ver. 5.2.5.1 did not assigning ip-adresses and work of networkmanager KDE 4.4.4 plugin freeze on it step. If network configured without networkmanager via /etc/rc.conf, we will get the same result.

No, with current version of dhcpcd, 5.2.10-1 all works fine.
