Description:

When I boot my amd64 box, about 30% of the time, I get a General Protection Fault that mentions /sys/module/usbcore/initstate.

I am unable to capture the output, as I have to reboot my machine to get a succesful boot.

I suspect it is: core/usbutils 0.87-1 (base)

Steps to reproduce:

Boot machine.
