Description:
I cannot burn cd-rw media with wodim or cdrecord (from AUR).

Burning CD-R works but CD-RW won

I still have this problem, it's also not working with cdrecord. It's possible to be related to hal or dbus?

Can you try using the libburnia libraries? I see brasero has an optional dependency on them, xfburn uses only those.
Cdrkit isnt developed, it never was. Its just maintained.
