Recompile the valgrind solved the Problem for me.
My compile options:
CFLAGS="-march=k8 -mtune=k8 -O2 -pipe -flto"
CXXFLAGS="-march=k8 -mtune=k8 -O2 -pipe -flto"
LDFLAGS="-Wl,--hash-style=gnu -Wl,--as-needed -flto"

I recompiled with all patches.
