Description:
in my opinion both packages should include all schema files, as some plugins e.g TODO do not even support keyfiles yet. Depending on if gconf is installed on the system the .install file should decide on actually applying these schemas.

I have attached some raw patches to include all schemas in the build. The conditional schema install still needs to be done.
