ATM this is not possible within a split package to have different "arches". Future versions of makpekg, devtools and dbscripts might implement this though.

kernel26-headers shouldn't be arch=any btw, this looks nice for i686/x86_64 where they share the same architecture, but as soon as you're starting to port to ppc, sparc or whatever someone will come up with, the resulting packages will have differences.

Any update? The support is in makepkg, except not in the db-scripts. Might be a usefull feature not only for these packages but for others too ( and reduces repo size ) although I don't think many packages will be affected.
