Installed ies4linux, ran the script. Told it to install ie6, and it fails, saying that it needs wineprefixcreate, which was removed in later versions of wine. This is something that should be fixed upstream, but the project isn't actively maintained.

I've attached the two patches (wineprefixcreate_01.patch & wineprefixcreate_02.patch) I used to get the installation to complete. Attempting to run the ie6 executable afterwards produces no apparent result, either visually or in stdout/stderr. I'm guessing that something different needs to be substituted in for calls to wineprefixcreate, rather than just removing them.

community/ies4linux 2.99.0.1-3

Ah, damn, that's why I couldn't figure out how to mark this as a community package - there's a separate project for those. If someone could move this over there, it would be appreciated. If that's not possible, close this and let me know, and I'll recreate it in the proper spot.

I perhaps should've been more clear in my description of the patches. While it's true that they get ie to install correctly, it does not _run_ afterwards. What I attached was intended to show the areas that need adjustment and a method that does not work.
