w3watch-1.0.0.

w3watch -c do not work for last entry in config file if there is not new line after this entry.
w3watch -l works OK.

Please add debug output to w3watch like this:
--------------------------
check() {
while read line; do
echo "${line}"
--------------------------

Then try w3watch -c with attached config.
The output will be:

# Line below will not read by w3watch -c
