Description:
Running "man test" shows the usual man page, but after leaving the manpage, an error is echoed to STDOUT: $ man test man: warning: /usr/share/man/man3x/Test.3perl.gz: ignoring bogus filename $ Additional info: * package version(s) $ pacman -Qo /usr/share/man/man3x/Test.3perl.gz /usr/share/man/man3x/Test.3perl.gz is owned by perl 5.10.1-5 * config and/or log files etc. Using the following in ~/.bashrc, may not be relevant: # coloured manpages with 'less' export LESS_TERMCAP_mb=$'\E[01;31m' export LESS_TERMCAP_md=$'\E[01;31m' export LESS_TERMCAP_me=$'\E[0m' export LESS_TERMCAP_se=$'\E[0m' export LESS_TERMCAP_so=$'\E[01;44;33m' export LESS_TERMCAP_ue=$'\E[0m' export LESS_TERMCAP_us=$'\E[01;32m' Steps to reproduce: Type 'man test', then 'q' to quit the manpage. |
