DetailsWhen looking in the forums for a issue I have with dllwrap (I already filled in a bug report here for the package mingw32-binutils) I found this post from a user by the name of MickST in the forums that may be relevant for the mingw32-gcc package. As it's not answered and has been a while there I'm filling a support request here.
