Details

considering the description for Tora is "TOra is a Toolkit for Oracle" is there any reason we build using --without-oracle? also the description for it is wrong.

nvm... I guess it has to be built against oracle.

If you need tora with oracle support, you can use tora-instantclient from the aur.
