Description: I got the following warning when upgrading GDM today:

warning: directory permissions differ on var/log/gdm/
filesystem: 1770 package: 755


Additional info:
* package version(s): 2.30.2-1
I'm on x86_64, if that matters.

the permissions of this directory is adjusted automatically by the daemon and because gdm user is not available at compilation, make install is creating the directory with root privileges.

I know this will shock and amaze you, but it happens with 2.30.2-2, too.
