Description:

avant-window-navigator claims about missing dependency if you try to start the weather applet (and some other applet). Maybe python-notify could be added as optdepend or as depend. But as optdepend it doesn't make much sense, if most of the applets won't work.

Steps to reproduce:

Start avant-window-navigator, add the weather applet to the dock and the error message appears.
