Description:

When upgrading the system with pacman, it gives the following warning:

warning: alltray: local (0.70-1) is newer than extra (0.7.4dev-1)

Even if the version numbering is unusual, the upgrade should be smooth from the user's point of view. I asked in the IRC channel, they said the developer should use the force option.

options=('!libtool' 'force')

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

version 0.70-1 upgrading to 0.7.4dev-1

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install an old, cached alltray 0.70-1
2) pacman -Syu
