Description:
python-numpy needs blas and lapack - which in turn needs blas>=20070405-2
Why isn't it python-numpy <- lapack <- blas?

Steps to reproduce:
'pacman -Si python-numpy lapack | grep -e Name -e Depends'

which will show you:
Name : python-numpy
Depends On : blas lapack
Name : lapack
Depends On : blas>=20070405-2
