DetailsDescription:
proftpd 1.3.x has a module "mod_lang" which supports character sets other than ASCII, but it is not include in the archlinux pkgbuild. Different character sets support is very important and useful when the ftp server contains non english filenames and directories, especially for cjk language users like me. So I hope the package could be build with this module by default. Solution is simple , just edit the pkgbuild and use the "--enable-nls" configure option Useful relevant information is here: http://www.proftpd.org/docs/modules/mod_lang.html |
